True Bistro in Somerville opening this month

It looks like a yet another vegan place is opening in Somerville, this time in Teele Square. According to the website for True Bistro, chef Stuart Reiter has worked at Greens and Millenium in SF, and sous-chef Giles Siddons has worked with Eric Tucker at Milennium as well as at Counter in NYC. The menu looks very exciting, and it looks like True plans on setting themselves apart as a more upscale option for vegans, ideal for celebrations and bringing non-vegan family members you want to impress (this is timely, as I have both a birthday coming up in November and a non-vegan family). Expect more news as it becomes available, as well as a feature in the near future!
